Roos graduated the Conservatory of Amsterdam in 2018, and  completed her masters in Songwriting at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London in 2020. 

Since 2016 she has been active as a volunteer, aiding refugees and newcomers both abroad and in the Netherlands. In total, she spent five months in the camps in Greece; first as a volunteer and later as a coordinator.

When Roos had to return to the Netherlands to complete her studies, she decided to combine her passion for music with her volunteering work, and wrote the EP 'Maktub': songs inspired by the stories of refugees. Listen to it here. 

Roos joined TP in 2018. Straight after joining she co-organized meetup #6 and has been a core member of our team ever since. Since 2021 she is co-directing The Present, together with Joukje Boeder.
