Newbees matches newcomers to traineeships, and they are looking for a colleague!

As a matchmaker, you have to:

• Interview, match and guide newcomers towards their traineeships
• Initiate cooperations with potential new employers, and coordinate and evaluate the process
• Join in the creation of workshops for Newbees about topics including working culture, applications and networking in the Netherlands.

You have to be available for at least 8 hours per week.
