Stichting Bootvluchteling is looking for a head of programming! This foundation has offered relief aid to many refugees entering Greece. They are currenlty expanding their work territory, and therefore also their team.

As head of programming you will be part of the management team. You are the link between the direction and the projectteams, and build bridges between strategy, policy and execution. You will lead the various projectmanagers, who in turn lead the projectteams on the ground. You will ensure the programs are in line with Bootvluchteling's vision and mission, and ensure the wellbeing and vitality of the projectmanagers and their teams.
