Born in Amsterdam in 2018, RefugeeForce aims to create a global movement in helping refugees launch their careers in the Salesforce ecosystem. We aim to change the perceptions of employers, organizations, and the public on the value and skills refugees bring with them to create new lives in their host country. Our classroom-based, personalized programs teach refugees the technical skills they need to start their Salesforce careers, pair them with 1 on 1 mentorship and job coaching, and build a network of like-minded professionals to find opportunities in the job market. After the program, we work with our network of Salesforce partners, customers, and local employers to attain successful employment for program alumni.
As a growing organisation, we set up a generic website initially and have been continuously updating it as we grow. However, we are missing clear messaging and coherence in the website. We are looking for someone to help us develop this web text to ensure our messaging to participants, partners, our community, etc. is clear and engaging. This project can be done completely remote. Expected duration is 5-7 days. RefugeeForce Co-founders will make time for interviews, reviews, brainstorming, etc. as needed during this time.
