MoralCompasNL was founded with the ambition to set up local actions in southern Morocco, in the village of Hassi Al Bagar. Most of the village lives below the poverty line.

We support the local population in their socio-economic position. To support people from young to old who live in poverty. This is how we make the difference.

Are you the financial guru we are looking for to join our board?

The best goal is a good goal. We are MoralCompassNL Foundation and we want to make the world a better place. We will do this by expanding our current community center in Hassi Al Bagar, a small village in Morocco. We will succeed because you help us attract financial attention.

Are you a do-gooder who wants to make a difference for others with love and who also wants to work internationally and likes to get his teeth into finances? Then we want to talk to you about the vacancy Treasurer. The board has the responsibility to establish a vision, strategy, objectives and action plans. Monitor results and adjust where necessary. Establishing a financial policy and annual accounts.

What can you do?

• You have a preference for Morocco;

• As Treasurer, you independently prepare the financial annual report and consult with our accountant and management. You also manage the cash and bank accounts. You prepare quarterly financial statements that you present

in board meetings;

• You like to think along in the policy, vision and the future of the organization; • You have accounting experience and an affinity with numbers;

• Good communication and social skills;

• MBO or HBO working and thinking level;

• Enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds

• Working out of the box is what you enjoy doing. Thinking in possibilities is your second nature;

• Can work both solo and in a team.
