OpenEmbassy is looking for a freelance researcher/consultant for CRM systems!
OpenEmbassy helps newcomers to find their way in the Netherlands as smooth as possible. One of the ways they do this is via their helpdesk run by volunteers, where newcomers can pose questions about their integration process or life in the Netherlands in general. This helpdesk currently functions through Whatsapp, mail, chat and Facebook, and they are looking for someone who can help them to organise everything through one integrated system.
